Hi, I’m Chris Weymann, the owner of Weymann’s Pretzels. I’ve been a teacher for over 15 years, served as a member of the New Ulm Fire Department for 11 years, and have been making my signature pretzels for family, friends, and coworkers for about a decade.

What started as a favorite homemade snack quickly became something people kept asking for. In January 2026, I decided to turn that passion into a business—one bold, crunchy batch at a time.

Weymann’s Pretzels is proudly rooted in New Ulm, MN, with local pickup and appearances at farmers markets and community events.
